Supply Chain

Basic Approach

Our Group regards the entire supply chain as a key partner and is committed to creating sustainable value through collaboration based on mutual trust.
Through continuous dialogue with our business partners, we promote environmentally responsible practices and appropriate business conduct, and contribute to the sound and sustainable development of the entire supply chain.
In line with this approach, we conduct ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) surveys with our key business partners to promote sustainability across the entire supply chain.

Green Procurement Guidelines

Our Company is committed to green procurement in order to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by reducing environmental impact, while giving due consideration to the global environment and biodiversity.
These Guidelines outline our basic principles and standards for green procurement, and summarize the initiatives we undertake in collaboration with our procurement partners.
Based on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we will continue to reduce environmental impact through the appropriate management of chemical substances contained in products and by promoting initiatives that take environmental considerations into account.

Conducting a Sustainability Survey

To promote sustainability across our entire supply chain, the Group conducted an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) survey with our key business partners.
The survey aims to understand the status of initiatives undertaken by our business partners in areas such as environmental management, human rights and labor practices, occupational health and safety, and governance, and use these insights to foster future dialogue and collaboration with our business partners.

●Survey Overview
  Number of companies surveyed:50
  Number of responses received:44
  Response rate:88%
  Survey period: January–February 2026

●Survey Results
The ESG survey results showed high implementation levels in the areas of human rights and labor practices, as well as occupational health and safety, and business continuity, with a rate of 91%. This indicates that many companies have made progress on fundamental social responsibility initiatives. Governance and ethics also recorded a relatively high implementation rate of 89%.
In contrast, the implementation rate in the environmental area was 70%. While many business partners have established environmental policies, some still face challenges in calculating Scope 3 GHG emissions and setting reduction targets.

●Future Actions
Based on the survey results, we will engage in dialogue and information sharing with business partners that are progressing more slowly in areas such as human rights and the establishment of environmental targets, including GHG emissions reduction targets.
Going forward, we remain committed to promoting sustainable business practices across our entire supply chain through regular monitoring and ongoing communication.
