At KAGA EMS TOWADA CO., LTD. (Aomori Prefecture, Japan), a KAGA ELECTRONICS Group company, we pick up rubbish from the company grounds and the roadsides and ditches in the area around the factory twice each year, in spring and fall, as part of our regional scenic beauty maintenance and social contribution activities. This year, on October 5, we conducted cleanup activities in the Oirase Gorge, a local tourist attraction. A total of 35 employees and technical intern trainees participated in the event, collecting rubbish such as wastepaper, plastic bags, empty cans, and PET bottles on this fine, sunny weekend day.
