KAGA EMS AMERICA, INC. was established on July 30, 2026, as a joint venture between Kaga HK and TAXAN MEXICO. Against the backdrop of growing demand for EMS services and changes in the supply chain in the Americas market, the company aims to gain a deeper understanding of market and customer needs from a location closer to its U.S. customers and to conduct prompt sales and marketing activities. The company will identify customer needs in key U.S. markets and drive the development and expansion of its EMS business by leveraging the KAGA EMS Group’s global manufacturing and procurement network.

Main Business

We will conduct sales, marketing, and new customer acquisition activities for EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) in the Americas market. By leveraging the manufacturing facilities of TAXAN MEXICO and TAXAN SWE MEXICO, and combining them with the global component procurement capabilities of KAGA (H.K.) ELECTRONICS, we will propose competitive EMS solutions from both a manufacturing and procurement perspective to drive the expansion of the KAGA EMS Group’s business in the Americas market.
