Publication of Integrated Report 2024

KAGA ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & COO: Ryoichi Kado; hereinafter “the Company”), hereby announces that it has published Integrated Report 2024 to be released on the Company’s website.
The Kaga Electronics Group has been publishing integrated reports since 2018 as a means of clearly conveying its value-creation approach over the medium and long term to a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. This report is the seventh to be published. In addition to giving an annual overview of business conditions, it also compiles financial and non-financial information including the strengths of the Company’s business and growth strategies, as well as approaches to ESG (environmental, social, and governance) issues, in an integrated manner.
In this report, we have provided updates on progress during the second year of Medium-Term Management Plan 2024 and the Medium- to Long-Term Sustainability Management Plan, which were announced in November 2021. This report also includes the Division Director’s vision for the development of the EMS business, which is a growth driver for the Company, the opinions of outside directors on the Group’s management issues, and the voices of the young employees who represent our future.
Going forward, the Company will strive to further enhance its integrated reports and raise its corporate value through timely and appropriate disclosure of information and dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders.
