Aid to those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake

We mourn for the victims of the earthquake that struck the Noto Peninsula on January 1, 2024, and our hearts go out to those affected by the disaster.
To aid those impacted by this deadly earthquake and contribute to recovery and reconstruction in the affected regions, KAGA ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & COO: Ryoichi Kado; hereinafter  the “Company”) has decided to donate 10 million yen in relief funds along with 12,000 servings of Alba Curry (retort-packaged food).
The Company’s founder, Representative Director, Chairman & CEO, Isao Tsukamoto, hails from Ishikawa Prefecture. As such, KAGA ELECTRONICS and Mr. Tsukamoto have continually contributed to the region’s development, through various initiatives. These include corporate sponsorship of the Kanazawa Marathon, participation in the regional revitalization tax system (corporate version of the hometown tax donation), and Tsukamoto’s personal involvement in the management reconstruction of local golf course and hometown tax contributions. Furthermore, since the Company’s early days, it has had deep ties with the prefecture, including maintaining its Hokuriku business office in Kanazawa City and engaging in sales activities of electronic components for local manufacturers in the three Hokuriku prefectures.
We pray for the speedy recovery of the affected regions.
