KAGA ELECTRONICS CO., LTD., will shortly realign its organizational and personnel, as
described below, with a view to maximizing its operating efficiencies in Japan and overseas. The
Company trusts that this realignment will receive the support, as well as ensure the continued
guidance and cooperation, of all parties concerned.

2. Organization changes
[Information Equipment Headquarters] (which will be renamed)
The Headquarters will change its name to Information Technology Management
Headquartersto more accurately reflect its current line of business.
[Electronics Sales Headquarters]
A new Car Electronics Sales Department will be established in order to augment efforts to
accommodate specific industry and customer relationships.
[EDMS Headquarters]
1. The EDMS Headquarters will institute a new Opto Business Development Office
in order to expand product opportunities in the field of opto-electronic devices.
2. The Technical Operations Department will be transferred from the Electronics Sales
Headquarters to the EDMS Headquarters, where it will be called the Systems Development
Department. The move is aimed at consolidating and streamlining the technology function,
as well as strengthening and speeding up channels to communicate management decisions
and directions. Also, the L Projectwill be moved from the Electronics Sales Headquarters to
the EDMS Headquarters.
