Notice of Organizational and Personnel Changes
KAGA ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. will carry out the following organizational and related personnel changes in order to enhance the collective strength of the Group.
We appreciate your understanding, cooperation and support.
1. Effective Date
April 1, 2005
2. Organizational Changes
In order to enhance the collective strength and efficiency of the Group and to facilitate a more explicit and efficient execution of flow of directives in the Group, the Company will reorganize its structure from the current three Sales Headquarters, five Sales Divisions and an Administration Headquarters to four Sales Headquarters, three Sales Divisions and an Administration Headquarters. In addition, organizational changes will primarily focus on areas that need to be reinforced or further strengthened, for the purpose of achieving steady growth in coming years. These areas include such divisions as technology, new business development and EDMS sales, as well departmental consolidation and restructuring.
[President Office]
Strengthening the personnel and structure of President Office in order to promote business expansion and managerial control of KAGA ELECTRONICS Group's operations.
[Quality Management Office]
Serving as the Company's overall Quality Controls Office in order to enhance the quality of the Company as a whole.
[Internal Audit Office]
Serving as the KAGA Group's Internal Audit Office in order to promote the overall enhancement of business administration.
[Administration Headquarters]
Establishing a new Information Systems Department in order to strengthen and consolidate the Group's system support setup and enhance efficiency.
[Electronics Sales Headquarters]
Acquisition and reinforcement in the field of Audio & Visual technology in order to promote new merchandise and new market development.

Renaming Sales Department No.3 to Sales Department No.2, and Sales Department No.4 to Sales Department No.3.
Renaming Overseas Sales Department to Overseas Sales Department and newly establishing LCOS Sales Section.
Establishing Technical Marketing Department and LSI Development Department in order to clarify their respective operating activities and missions and to enhance marketing and technical capabilities.
[Sales Promotion Division]
Transferring IP Telephone Project of Sales Promotion Department No.2 to Communication Products Sales Department of Information Systems Sales Headquarters.
Increasing a section within Sales Promotion Department No.3 from three to four sections in order to reinforce a carefully thought out sales expansion structure and enhance business efficiency.
[EDMS Headquarters]
Dividing the PV Sales Section of the Sales Department into Sales Section-1 and Sales Section-2 in order to enhance sales capability.
Renaming the Cooperative Section of the Production Management Department to the Material Control Section, and the Administration Section to the Production Planning Section, in order to clarify business activities.
Renaming the Develop Design Section of the Engineering Department to the Design Section, and the Engineering Section to the Manufacturing Engineering Section, in order to clarify their respective business activities. In addition, newly launching a Cost blackuction Project to facilitate promoting the clarification of each operations target and mission.
[Specific Industry Sales Headquarters]
Establishing a new Amusement Products Sales Department in the Specific Industry Sales Headquarters for the purpose of transferring and integrating amusement devices and amusement business, done by KAGA DEVICES CO., LTD. and KAGA TECH CO. LTD. in order to tackle business expansion more effectively. In addition, establishing the Kansai Sales Office in order to enhance sales expansion in the western region of
[Information Systems Sales Headquarters]
Reorganizing the Information Systems Sales Headquarters into a structure of seven directly controlled departments, in order to reinforce the sales structure by clarifying each department's mission and by facilitating more swift execution of the flow of directives.

Mass Sales Department : Primarily promote sales expansion and pursue the potentiality of sales expansion to mass retailers for PC and peripherals.
Consumer Products Sales Department No.1 : Promote consumer client follow-up in the eastern region of
Consumer Products Sales Department No.2 : Promote consumer client follow-up in the western region of
Systems Sales Department : Promote corporate market follow-up and sales expansion of LCD modules for medical equipment.
Sales Promotion Department : Promote enhancement of vendor relations and sales expansion for digital imaging devices and merchandises.
Communication Products Sales Department : Promote sales expansion for IP telephone and related equipment.
Product Design and Development Department : Promote planning and development of the Company's original products.
