A Message to All Our Stakeholders

Thank you for your continued support of the Kaga Electronics Group.
As announced today in the “Notice Regarding the Resignation of a Representative Director,” I, Isao Tsukamoto, have decided to resign as Representative Director and CEO of Kaga Electronics Co., Ltd., effective October 31, 2026, and step down from the front lines of management.
At this milestone, I would like to share a few words with all the stakeholders who have supported us over the years.
Since founding Kaga Electronics in 1968, I have always held the philosophy in my mind that “everything we do is for our customers” and I have placed the highest value on the connections between people. Our journey to date would not have been possible without the support of our customers, business partners, shareholders and investors, local communities, and all our past and present officers and employees.
I am deeply grateful for the kindness and support you have extended to us over so many years.
Since Ryoichi Kado assumed the role of President in 2014, I have gradually delegated authority over day-to-day business operations, as well as the formulation of medium-term management plans, capital policy and corporate acquisitions. During this period, our business performance has improved steadily. Going forward, under the leadership of Ryoichi Kado, Representative Director, President and COO, the Group will pursue its growth strategies not only to achieve the management targets set out in our medium-term management plan 2027 swiftly and steadily, but also to achieve annual sales of one trillion yen and reach even greater heights beyond that target.
Following my retirement, I will serve as “Founder and Honorary Chairperson”.
In this new role, I will support the Group by dedicating myself to the preservation of our founding philosophy and corporate culture, while also providing counsel to the current management team or employees whenever they seek my advice.
It is my sincere hope that the values we have cherished since our founding will be passed on to the next generation, and that the Group will continue to pursue sustainable growth and enhance its corporate value.
